Discover the joys of dancing with a partner, including ballroom, Latin, and swing styles. We offer several types of partner dance instruction, including beginner, intermediate, and specialty classes. With Seacoast Ballroom, learning partner dancing is fun and easy. You don't even need a partner to sign up!
Classes are held in the greater Seacoast Maine and New Hampshire area, including Portsmouth and Portland, Maine. Our current class location is in Eliot, Maine. New locations coming soon.
At this time, private lessons are available on Sundays. Contact us to schedule a time.
Group class information is below. Please note: all lessons, both private and group, are 45 minutes.

Beginner I & II
Learn the basics of waltz, swing, fox trot, and rumba. No experience necessary!
Intermediate I-V
Refine techniques of beginner dances, adding tango and cha cha.
West Coast Swing
Try a slower style of swing dance. Works great with slow swing and R&B music.
Dance Socials
