Seacoast Ballroom is located at the Portsmouth Athletic Club, 95 Brewery Lane, Portsmouth, NH. Directions from Exit 7 (our old location). Take 95 to Exit 7. Take Market Street towards downtown Portsmouth (take a right if coming from points south and take a left if coming from Maine). Go right on Russell Street then right on Deer Street. Instead of going Right on Maplewood at the lights take a Left. Go thru 1 set of lights then take a Right at the next set of lights onto Islignton Street. Take a Left on Albany St. about 1/2mi down (just before the CVS and Store 24). Go straight at the stop sign. The Portsmouth Athletic Club is located at 95 Brewery Lane, part the of the Malt Exchange House.
